Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Chevignon tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
